The owner of a SHIFTs and Giggles NFT is entitled to a lifetime subscription to the worlds first Happiness-as-a-Service (HaaS is not to be confused with HaHas, btw)

New limited edition NFTs are available for purchase by the public whenever an artist, music publisher, or other license owner converts license fees paid or due into SHIFTs and Giggles NFTs. The name of the limited edition will carry the name of the song, artist or other name chosen by the license owner.
